Access Denied - Sucuri Website Firewall
When attempting to access the dashboard/editor of your GP Practice website, some staff members may encounter the following message from the Securi Firewall indicating that they have been blocked and to contact the owner.
This message typically appears when the staff member's IP address is not on the whitelist of approved addresses in the Securi Firewall.
To resolve this issue, staff members need to provide their IP addresses for whitelisting (this will be provided in the message displayed, as shown above).
The support team will then proceed to whitelist the provided IP address(es) in the Securi Firewall.
Once the IP addresses have been whitelisted, staff members should receive confirmation from the support team via email.
Staff members can then attempt to access the dashboard again to ensure the issue has been resolved.
