Amending form quick responses

Amending form quick responses

When responding to patients on each episode, you can set up 'quick responses' which are email templates for responses the practice uses often.

You can set these up individually on forms - for instance a quick response asking the patient to come to the practice with ID on the New Patient Registration form, or add them globally which will add the quick response to all forms.

Info
You must be a dashboard administrator to add or edit quick responses.

Setting up individual quick responses

  1. Login to the dashboard (you can do this by adding '/dashboard' to the end of your practice website address)

  2. Once logged in, please click the menu button at the top left

  3. Click 'Form options' from the menu dropdown

  4. Select the form you wish to add a quick response for

  5. Click add new quick response

  6. Fill in the response name - this is what will show on the form drop down when you select quick response - so make sure it clearly shows what the quick response is for

  7. Type up your quick response as you would do a normal email

  8. Click save

Adding a global quick response

  1. Login to the dashboard (you can do this by adding '/dashboard' to the end of your practice website address)

  2. Once logged in, please click the menu button at the top left

  3. Click 'Form options' from the menu dropdown

  4. From there navigate to 'Global quick responses' in the left hand panel

  5. Click add new quick response

  6. Fill in the response name - this is what will show on the form drop down when you select quick response - so make sure it clearly shows what the quick response is for

  7. Type up your quick response as you would do a normal email

  8. Click save

Info
When editing the quick responses any instances of [PATIENT] will be replaced with the patient's full name, and [PRACTICE] will be replaced with the practice name.

Once saved the quick response will appear on the quick response dropdown when replying to the patient, which you can see below:
