Silicon Practice offers a range of training for our customers who have an existing product with us, or who are joining us as a new customer.
We work with your practice to provide support and knowledge on implementing our products in the way that works best for them, and to achieve the best results for your patients.
What types of training do we offer?
We offer training on the latest version of our dashboard, as well as editing training for practices moving to Foundation.
Dashboard upgrade webinar
This is an open group webinar for practices that are upgrading to our latest dashboard, or who are joining us a new customer. It is suitable for all staff and covers both User and Administrator roles.
Foundation editing training
These sessions are designed to support you and your team with the basics of editing a Foundation site. Topics include accessing the editor, editing pages, latest surgery news, and emergency banners as well as general editing tips and FAQs.
