Linking pages and cards on your site
Login to your website editing
The first step is to always login to the editing of your website. To do this you just need to add '/wp-admin' to the end of your website address and press enter. For example:
- https://examplewebsite.nhs.uk/wp-admin
You will be presented with a login page. If you have a dashboard, your login details will be the same as the ones you use for that.
If you can't remember your login details, please click the forgot your password link.
Linking a page
Once you have created or navigated to your page, follow these steps to link to another page on your website:
- Find the section where you want to add the link
- Highlight the text you want to make clickable
- Select the "Card Link" icon from the shortcut bar
- Type the name of the page you want to link to
- Select the correct page from the list
- Select "Save"
Linking a card
If you want to link a page to a card, such as on the Policies page or Staff page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the section you want to edit
- If you haven't already, add a new card by selecting the "+" icon at the bottom right of the box
- Enter the card header
- Below the header, enter the supporting text
- Highlight the card header
- Select the "Card Link" icon from the shortcut bar
- Type the name of the page you want to link to
- Select the correct page from the list
- Select "Save"
