Scheduling news post

Login to your website editing

The first step is to always login to the editing of your website. To do this you just need to add '/wp-admin' to the end of your website address and press enter. For example:
  1. https://examplewebsite.nhs.uk/wp-admin
You will be presented with a login page. If you have a dashboard, your login details will be the same as the ones you use for that. 

If you can't remember your login details, please click the forgot your password link.

Adding news post: 
  1. Click on the "New" tab in the black bar at the top of the page

  2. Select "News" from the dropdown menu

  3. Enter the title and content of your news post in the provided fields

  4. On the right-hand side, ensure the post type is set to "News"

  5. Under "Publish," choose "Immediately" — this will open a calendar

  6. Use the calendar to select your desired date and time for the post

  7. Once you’ve set the schedule, click "Schedule" to finalise
