What if I can’t attend a training session?

We understand that Practice staff are very busy and often have to deal with unexpected situations, so we are happy to reschedule your session if you need to make any changes in advance. Please let us know using the Reschedule/Cancel link in your meeting invite, or email training@siliconpractice.co.uk.


If you are unable to attend a group training session that goes ahead, we can record the session and provide your team access to this for you to watch later.


We also have a range of training videos and guides available which will provide you all the knowledge we include in our training sessions, if you prefer to explore the learning at your own pace when it fits you and your team. You can always contact us for further support if you have any additional questions or need advice.
