What if I’m running late to a training session?

We’re happy to work around you if you know you will be running late to a training session. Our training team will typically wait in a call for 15 minutes if no-one joins, and will email the contacts we have been provided in your Booking form to remind you the session has started and check you are still able to attend. Please let us know as soon as you are able by emailing training@siliconpractice.co.uk and we will either try to recommence the session or reschedule for another time.


If no-one has attended or responded to our email after 15 minutes and we are unable to recommence your session due to time constraints, we will offer you to book another session in an available slot.


If you need to leave a training session early, please feel free to let the trainer know in your session and we will try to include as much as we can in the time that you are available. If you are in a group session and attendees need to drop out of the call, we will send the recording to watch back later if you have requested it to be recorded.
