Who are the training sessions for?

Our training sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual, so we offer a range of training types for Practice Staff including:


  • Group practice training - for general knowledge of the product, how it works and how it can be used in the wider Practice. We recommend this training for any and all staff across the Practice looking for support and advice on implementation and workflow.

  • Administration training - for more technical knowledge of how to set up and manage the Dashboard, user access, global settings and reports. We recommend this session for Management teams, IT teams and Project Implementation leads.

  • User training - for basic knowledge of triaging the dashboard and responding to patient requests. We recommend this session for Reception and Admin teams, as well as Clinicians looking to have use of the Dashboard day-to-day.

  • Other - for any other staff looking for advice on how to use the Dashboard, as well as general QA/troubleshooting on specific features.


We recommend you try to get as many of your team to take part in each session to reduce the number of sessions you need overall, as this will help everyone to understand and discuss any questions they have together and help you have a smooth transition into implementing and using your product.
